COR FITNESS Ju Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a self-defense martial art and combat sport based on grappling, ground fighting and submission holds. It focuses on the skill of controlling one’s opponent, gaining a dominant position, and using a number of techniques to force them into submission via joint locks or chokeholds
Boxing as a sport requires a high level of athletic prowess: strength, speed, agility, hand-eye coordination, endurance, nerve, and power, just to name several required attributes. Boxing as a fitness activity enables the average person to hone those same athletic skills, all without having to take a punch
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit, similar to High-intensity interval training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
Cor Fitness is a fantastic gym with one of the most welcoming and friendly atmosphere of any gym I have attended. The gym’s owner Colm is encouraging, helpful and very friendly. It is clear from the moment you set foot in the class that he has put the time, attention and professional effort into his work for his clients to achieve their best efforts. Over all Cor Fitness is an incredible gym from which you will leave feeling good in yourself and no doubt having met many new friendly faces .
COR fitness is awesome, I would nearly call it my second home. There is a great variety of classes for anyone and everyone. I go for Weights, boxing and Ju Jitsu classes and cant fault anything. Colm has a great knowledge of it all, can’t fault it one bit. Awesome job colm keep it up my man
